Exchanges (If Applicable)
We’re all about making things right! If your item arrives defective or damaged (life happens, right?), we’ll happily exchange it for the same product. Just send us an email at info@shaycosmetics.org, and we’ll get things sorted out.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, we waste no time! Our products are shipped within 48 hours using USPS (United States Postal Service). Now, a quick heads-up: due to the holiday season approaching, there may be delays with USPS, so your order might take a little longer than usual to arrive. But don’t worry—we’ve got your back. If your order seems to be taking an extended vacation in transit, please email us at info@shaycosmetics.org, and we’ll track it down for you!
